We list your instrument, find the buyer, and handle everything. When it sells, you receive 70% of the final sale price. No upfront fees, no hidden deductions.
Our 30% covers the full cost of preparing and selling your instrument: inspection, any required servicing and setup, professional photography, listing creation, buyer communication, payment processing, and any returns handling. We assume all the selling risk — if it doesn't sell, you take it back with no charge.
We don't charge a listing fee, a photography fee, or a service fee on top. The split is the split.
Consignment works best for premium and vintage instruments where waiting a few weeks for the right buyer is worth the higher return. A $2,500 vintage acoustic will do significantly better through consignment than through a quick sale. A $200 student guitar might not — and we'll tell you that upfront.
If your instrument needs significant repair work before it's saleable, we'll let you know what that involves and whether it makes economic sense to proceed.
We run your instrument through the same process as everything we sell — evaluated, verified, prepared, and documented.
Real photos of actual condition. Every flaw documented. We don't hide anything — it protects us both and attracts serious buyers.
We handle buyer communication, payment, and any disputes. You get paid promptly after the sale is confirmed.
